Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date and tracking number (if available).

On the evening before delivery, you will receive an SMS message with the estimated delivery time and the driver's contact details – no more guessing when to be at home.

Yes – we deliver all products throughout Lithuania.

• Dry products usually within 3 business days.
• Frozen fish usually within 5 business days.
  In Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda, we often deliver faster; in smaller towns, we adjust to carrier schedules.

Orders for food supplements and canned goods received by 12 PM are dispatched on the same day.

Shipments of fish and seafood are dispatched from the warehouse on Mondays and Wednesdays*

*Orders including frozen products received by Friday 1 PM will be dispatched on Monday; those received by Tuesday 1 PM — on Wednesday.

We review and begin processing orders daily until 1 p.m. Once your address is registered in the courier system, you will see the estimated delivery day in the confirmation email (if you can't find the email, please check your SPAM folder).

Yes – all food supplements are certified in the European Union as safe for human consumption.

In addition, all our food supplements are notified to the State Food and Veterinary Service (SFVS).

You can find the notification number in the description of each product.

At room temperature, tightly sealed, out of reach of children. See packaging for expiration date.

Important: a food supplement is not a substitute for food - a varied, balanced diet is important.

Store immediately in the freezer (−18 °C). We recommend transferring to the refrigerator before cooking.

In the freezer, fish retains its quality until the "Best before" date indicated on the packaging.

Best way – in the refrigerator overnight.

If you are in a hurry: keep in the sealed or vacuum-packed product packaging under cold running water.

We do not recommend thawing at room temperature, in the microwave or in warm water – you risk damaging the product's texture and taste properties.

Sashimi-grade fish — yes. Our suppliers have the strictest certifications (ASC, MSC, BRCGS, GLOBALG.A.P.), the fish is fed GMO-free feed and is antibiotic-free, flash-frozen and never thawed. Seafood (shrimp, crabs) must be cooked thoroughly.

Free delivery for frozen fish orders over €100. Canned goods and other non-frozen products are sent to parcel lockers – free of charge for orders over €30.

Yes, you can order everything in one basket.

However, to preserve the quality of different products, items will usually arrive in two separate shipments:

If the goods are frozen, specialized transport will deliver them.

If the products are dry, we deliver them via standard couriers, and they often arrive faster, within 2–3 business days.
