This page contains all the key details about ordering, delivery, payment methods, and additional conditions to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and secure.


1. Delivery Terms

1.1. Parcel Terminal Delivery in Lithuania

  • Free delivery via Omniva, Lietuvos Paštas (Unisend), and Venipak parcel terminals for orders of €30 or more.
  • Orders below €30 incur a €2 delivery fee.

1.2. Courier Delivery in Lithuania

  • Orders below €50 incur a €5 delivery fee.
  • Orders of €50 or morefree delivery.

1.3. Delivery of Frozen Fish Products (Lithuania only)

  • Delivery once per week, scheduled in advance with the customer.
  • Fee is €10 for orders under €100.
  • Orders from €100free delivery.

1.4. Delivery to Other Baltic Countries

  • Prices are calculated automatically through the Omniva system.
  • Free delivery on orders starting from €50.

1.5. Delivery Time

  • Orders confirmed by 14:00 on business days are shipped the same day.
  • Usual delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the method and location.

1.6. In-store Pickup in Klaipėda

  • Orders are prepared the same day during store hours.
  • Pickup address: Žvelsos g. 2–1, Klaipėda.
  • Pickup is free of charge.
  • Please wait for our confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

  • Shopify Payments (bank cards)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)card payments only

Important: COD payment is available for non-frozen products only, and payment must be made by card when picking up from courier or parcel terminal.


3. Order Process

  1. Select the products you wish to buy and add them to your cart.
  2. When ready, review your cart and choose your delivery and payment options.
  3. Confirm your order and complete the payment.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

4. Discount Code Use

If you have a discount code, enter it in the "coupon" field and click "Apply coupon." Make sure the discounted prices are applied before proceeding.

  • Ordering and preparation of goods

    After ordering the goods, you can pick them up in the store or choose home delivery.

    The goods are delivered by Omniva or Venipak couriers and post machines throughout Lithuania within 2-3 days. Valid only for non-frozen items.

    Free shipping on orders over €30

    If you order goods before 2:00 p.m. we will prepare the order on the same day. If ordered after 2:00 p.m. the execution of the order will be postponed to the next day.

  • Delivery of frozen products

    Delivery of frozen products is possible by prior agreement

    * Frozen products are delivered only to Vilnius, Klaipėda and Kaunas (by prior agreement) in cities

    Orders are prepared on the same day, during store hours.

    Collection is possible:

    In Klaipėda, Žvelsos st. 2-1 during store opening hours

    The pickup is free

    You can only pick up the order
    upon receipt of our letter that the order is ready
