Inappropriate quality non-perishable goods or quality goods, the shape, size, color, model or completeness of which the Buyer does not like, are exchanged or returned in accordance with the 2001 June 11 By the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania no. 697 of the approved Retail Trade Rules, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
If the Buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the delivered perishable goods, and such goods are food and beverages with a short shelf life, including those products that must be kept in the refrigerator according to the temperature regime set by the manufacturer, he must contact the Seller no later than within 72 hours from the delivery of the goods by e-mail. by mail:info@fjord.ltor by phone:+370 (650) 74411. When submitting a claim for defective goods, the buyer must also submit a photo of the defective goods received.
If the Buyer applies later than the specified deadline and/or does not provide a photo of the product, the Seller does not undertake to resolve the Buyer's complaint in favor of the Buyer.
FJORD SALES is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the e-shop do not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer or other technical reasons beyond the control of Fjord Sales, as well as taking into account reasonable possible discrepancies in appearance.
