Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – Terms) govern the legal relationship between UAB "Fjord Sales" (hereinafter – Seller) and the Buyer (hereinafter – Buyer) when purchasing goods from the online store www.fjordsales.lt.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies provided on the website.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. The updated Terms come into effect once published on the website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. The Purchase-Sale Agreement is considered concluded once the Buyer creates a shopping cart, provides delivery details, selects the payment method, and confirms the order.

2.2. The order is considered fulfilled when the Seller confirms the order by email and dispatches the goods.

3. Product Range and Prices

3.1. Product assortment and prices are displayed on the website. Prices are shown in euros, including VAT.

3.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but such changes do not affect already concluded transactions.

4. Payment

4.1. The Buyer can pay via Paysera, Opay, Shopify Payments, or PayPal payment systems.

4.2. The Buyer must provide accurate data during payment. Failure to do so may result in order processing delays for which the Seller is not responsible.

5. Delivery within Lithuania

5.1. Goods are usually delivered within 1–3 business days within Lithuania. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically delivered on the next business day.

5.2. Frozen fish products are delivered once a week, with individual scheduling agreed in advance.

5.3. Delivery is carried out via LP Express, Omniva, or Venipak courier services.

6. Delivery to Other Countries

6.1. The UAB "Fjord Sales" online store currently accepts orders for delivery to:

• Lithuania – delivery to parcel terminals and via courier.
• Latvia and Estonia – via the Omniva platform.

6.2. Delivery to other European Union countries is available for certain products only. Available delivery methods and prices will be shown during checkout based on the destination country.

6.3. IMPORTANT: Frozen fish products are delivered only within Lithuania.

6.4. Delivery times to other countries may vary depending on courier schedules and geographical location.

6.5. If an order were to be delivered outside the European Union (currently not offered), the Buyer would be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other additional costs.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. Returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with the Government Resolution of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697 of 11-06-2001 and the Civil Code.

7.2. Perishable goods (e.g., frozen food products) are only returnable if faulty. The Buyer must notify the Seller within 72 hours of delivery and provide photos, videos, and an explanation.

7.3. If the Buyer fails to meet the 72-hour deadline or does not provide the required evidence, the Seller is not obligated to resolve the complaint in the Buyer's favor.

8. Quality Guarantee and Complaints

8.1. Product colors, shapes, or sizes may slightly differ from images due to technical display properties. This is not considered a defect.

9. Liability

9.1. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from the Buyer's failure to familiarize themselves with these Terms, despite having the opportunity to do so.

9.2. The Seller is not responsible for actions of third parties that may disrupt website operation or product delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All texts, images, and logos on this website are the property of UAB "Fjord Sales" or its partners and are protected by applicable law.

10.2. Any use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Personal Data Processing

11.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available here.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania based on the Seller's registered office location.

12.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
