We select and carefully pack your order and hand it over to specialized couriers for the next stage.

4. Home delivery
We deliver your order throughout Lithuania within 5 business days* by special transport, under freezer conditions at -18 degrees Celsius.

On the evening before delivery, you will receive an SMS message with the exact delivery hour and the driver's contact details – no more guessing when to be home.

Yes, we deliver frozen fish all over Lithuania, usually within 5 business days. In Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda, delivery is often faster, while in smaller towns we adjust to the carriers' schedule.

We ship orders from the warehouse on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Orders received by Friday 1 PM are shipped on Monday; orders received by Tuesday 1 PM are shipped on Wednesday.

We review and prepare orders daily until 1 PM. Once your address is registered in the courier system, you will see the planned delivery date in the confirmation email (if you don't see the email, please check your SPAM folder).

Immediately place in the freezer (-18 °C). Before cooking, we recommend transferring to the refrigerator.
In the freezer, fish retains its quality until the "Best before" date indicated on the packaging.

If you're in a hurry: keep in the sealed or vacuum-sealed product packaging under cold running water.
We do not recommend thawing at room temperature, in the microwave or in warm water - you risk damaging the product's texture and flavor.

Sashimi-grade fish — yes. Our suppliers have the strictest certifications (ASC, MSC, BRCGS, GLOBALG.A.P.), the fish is free of GMO feed and antibiotics, quickly frozen, and never thawed. Seafood (shrimp, crabs) must be thermally processed.

Frozen fish delivery is free for orders over €100. Canned goods and other non-frozen products are shipped via parcel machine – free of charge for orders over €30.

Yes, you can order everything in one basket.
However, to preserve the good qualities of different products, items will typically arrive in two separate shipments:
If the products are frozen - specialized transport will deliver them.
If the products are dry - we deliver them with standard couriers, and they often arrive faster, within 2-3 business days.
